SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), September 17 (SeeNews) – The Office of the High Representative in Bosnia (OHR) said on Thursday that High Representative Valentin Inzko has submitted a report to the United Nations informing the secretary general and the security council of recent actions taken by the authorities of Bosnia’s Serb Republic toward organizing a referendum on the state judicial institutions and the authorities of the high representative, claiming that the referendum is against the peace agreement.
