February 20 (SeeNews) - The European Union will set up a Reform and Growth Facility package worth almost 2 billion euro ($2.088 billion) for Moldova, to support reforms and economic growth in the country, the Council of the EU said following a provisional agreement reached by European Parliament and Council presidency negotiators.
