September 4 (SeeNews) - The European Commission said on Thursday that it has disbursed an additional 18.9 million euro ($22 million) to Moldova under the Reform and Growth Facility, following an assessment that showed that Moldova has fulfilled four reform indicators tied to the facility's bi-annual payment schedule.
