INSTEAD OF “The first pillar, represented by the state-run pension fund PIOM, accumulates contributions equal to 13.78% of gross wage, out of total 21.20% paid by employees for mandatory pension insurance. Contributions into the second pillar, represented by privately held mandatory pension funds, account for 7.42% of gross wage.” (corrects figure for mandatory pension insurance contributions calculated as percentage of gross wage).
