July 14 (SeeNews) - Zeljeznice Republike Srpske [BANJ:ZERS-R-A], the loss-making railway operator of Bosnia's Serb Republic, said on Tuesday it is cutting its capital by 245.3 million marka ($138.4 million/125.4 million euro) to 50,000 marka through cancellation of shares and a new share issue, aiming to cover a portion of its accumulated losses.
