Bosnia's Tuzla Airport sees significant drop in June passenger numbers

July 1 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Tuzla International Airport served 13,691 passengers in June, significantly lower than the 64,795 served in the same month of 2023, according to data issued by the airport operator on Monday.

In the first half of the year, passenger numbers came in at 90,942, compared with 359,792 served in the like period of 2023, figures posted on the website of the airport showed.

Passenger numbers at Tuzla International Airport increased to 582,336 in 2023, from 466,596 a year earlier.

Tuzla airport is one of Bosnia's three international airports. The others are situated in Sarajevo and Banja Luka.
