BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), September 9 (SeeNews) – The council for the protection of vital interests of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia’s Serb Republic said on Wednesday it has ruled that the decision to hold a referendum on the state-level judicial institutions and the authorities of the High Representative does not contain provisions that discriminate against or favour the members of a certain nationality and is as such not to the detriment of Bosniak vital interests.
