BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), September 10 (SeeNews) – The government of Bosnia's Serb Republic has submitted a letter of intent for the purchase of local bankrupt textile company Novoteks, offering 3.04 million marka ($1.7 million/1.6 million euro), local media reported.
