BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), July 2 (SeeNews) – Bosnia’s Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Minister, Slobodan Puhalac, will become Economy, Energy and Development Minister of the country’s ethnic Serb region, filling in the position that has been vacant since April, Bosnia's Serb Republic government said.
