Bosnia's Pro Fin issues 1.5 mln euro worth of 3-yr notes

July 11 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microloan provider Pro Fin said on Thursday it issued 3 million marka ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) worth of fixed-rate three-year notes, in line with target.

The company issued 30,000 notes at a price of 100 marka each, equal to their par value, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.

The debt paper bears annual interest of 7.50%, with coupon payments due monthly, Pro Fin said in an earlier filing.

The company, established in 2017, offers microloans to entrepreneurs and small companies.
