June 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnian retail company Prehrana-Promet [SAJ:PREH] said on Wednesday it has decided to reduce its equity capital by 1,795,808 marka ($965,852/918,182 euro) by cutting the nominal value of its shares.
The capital will be reduced to cover accumulated losses from 2019, 2020 and 2021 in the total amount of 1.796 million marka, Prehrana-Promet said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE).
The company will lower the nominal value of each of its shares to 6.9 marka from 10.2 marka.
Prehrana-Promet's current equity capital of 5,597,944 marka is divided into 548,818 shares.
The company's shares have not traded on the SASE in the past year.
