July 5 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's OC Jahorina [BLSE:OCJH], the operator of the country's eponymous ski resort, said on Friday it will relaunch subscription for a new share issue planned in the amount of 29 million marka ($16.1 million/14.8 million euro), days after suspending it.

All the circumstances that led to the temporary suspension have been resolved, and no amendments to the approved and published prospectus for the issuance were necessary, OC Jahorina said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE), without providing further details.

The subscription period for the securities will reopen on July 8.

The company is offering 29,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1 marka in par value each to investors on the BLSE. OC Jahorina's current share capital of 32.5 million marka is divided into 32,504,292 shares of 1 marka in par value each.

OC Jahorina opened the subscription for the new share issue on June 20 and suspended it on July 3. The subscription for the share issue was suspended due to the emergence of new circumstances that could affect the decision of investors to purchase the securities, OC Jahorina said in an earlier bourse filing.

Its shares have not traded on the BLSE in the past year.
