June 12 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's OC Jahorina [BLSE:OCJH], the operator of the country's eponymous ski resort, said on Wednesday it is inviting investors to subscribe for a new share issue planned in the amount of 29 million marka ($15.9 million/14.8 million euro).

The company is offering 29,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 marka in par value each to investors on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE), it said in a statement.

The subscription period starts on June 20 and will close 30 days later.

The shares are first offered for subscription to existing shareholders on record as of May 27, at a price of 1 marka per share. These shareholders will be able to use their pre-emptive rights for a period of 15 days.

Any unsubscribed shares will then be offered to other interested shareholders. The price for these shares will be set on the stock exchange, according to the principle of multiple prices.

The issue will be considered successful if at least 60% of the new shares are subscribed for.

OC Jahorina's current share capital of 32.5 million marka is divided into 32,504,292 shares of 1 marka in par value each.

Its shares have not traded on the BLSE in the past year.
