BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), May 29 (SeeNews) – Bosnian insurance company Krajina Osiguranje [BANJ:KROS-R-A] said on Wednesday its net loss expanded to 1.3 million marka ($714,123/640,232 euro) in 2018, from a loss of 370,237 marka a year earlier.
Operating income decreased 7.5% to 4.1 million marka last year, while operating costs rose to 5.9 million marka from 5.0 million marka, the insurer said in a filing to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
Krajina Osiguranje is based in Banja Luka, in the Serb Republic, one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other entity is the Federation.
