Bosnia's Krajina GP to pay lower dividend for 2023

July 2 (SeeNews) - Bosnian construction company Krajina GP [BANJ:KRJN-R-A] said on Tuesday it will pay a dividend of 0.27 marka ($0.15/0.14 euro) per share for 2023, after distributing a 0.44 marka-per-share dividend for the previous year.

Krajina GP will distribute as dividend a total of 3.6 million marka, using retained earnings, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

The dividend proposal was approved by Krajina GP shareholders on July 1.

The company made a net profit of 3.6 million marka in 2023, up 12.7% year-on-year.

The Banja Luka-based company is involved in building design and construction.
