SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), March 18 (SeeNews) – The Bosnian unit of Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo said on Thursday its net profit decreased by 38.2% year-on-year to 21 million marka ($12.8 million/10.7 million euro) in 2020.
Net interest income fell by an annual 5% to 60.3 million marka last year, while net fee and commission income declined to 27.6 million marka from 30.1 million marka, Intesa Sanpaolo Banka [SAJ:UPIBR] said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE).
The bank’s net assets totalled 2.9 billion marka at the end of December, compared to 2.7 billion marka a year earlier.
