June 30 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's industrial sales rose by 38.4% on the year in May after growing by an annual 37.9% on the year in April, the country's statistical office said on Thursday.
Industrial sales on the non-domestic market rose by 43.2% year-on-year in May, while sales on the domestic market grew by 32.3%, the statistical office said in a monthly report.
In May, sales of energy increased by 107.1% on annual comparison basis, sales of intermediate goods went up by 39.2%, sales of non-durable consumer goods increased by 25.1%, sales of capital goods rose by 20.8%, and sales of consumer goods were 6.9% higher.
On a monthly comparison basis, industrial sales rose 0.3% in May, after a revised 0.6% increase in April.
Bosnia's industrial sales increased by 37.7% on the year in the first five months of this year.
Its industrial sales rose by 20.5% year-on-year in 2021.
