Bosnia's Fratello Trade to distribute higher dividend for 2023

July 1 (SeeNews) - Bosnian importer and distributor of frozen seafood and vegetables Fratello Trade [BANJ:FRTL-R-D] said on Monday it will distribute a dividend of 0.08 marka ($0.044/0.041 euro) per share this year, after paying out 0.07 marka per share to investors last year.

The company will distribute 226,641 marka out of its 2023 net profit as dividend for that year, Fratello said in a filing to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

The company's net profit came in at 794,430 marka in 2023, higher than the profit of 582,166 marka reported for 2022.

Fratello's shareholders approved the dividend distribution on June 27.

Fratello's shares last traded on the BLSE on October 4, closing 11.11% higher at 1 marka.

Banja Luka-based Fratello operates on the markets of Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro.
