Bosnia's Euro-Investment majority stake trades in block deal

July 2 (SeeNews) - A total of 96,971 shares in Bosnia and Herzegovina's investment fund management company Euro-Investment, equal to a 96.97% stake, traded in a block deal worth 582,796 marka ($319,444/297,979 euro), Sarajevo bourse data showed.

The shares changed hands in one transaction on Monday, the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) data showed.

Euro-Investment's share capital is divided into 100,000 shares of 10 marka in par value each.

Private investor Sead Residbegovic acquired the majority stake in Euro-Investment from local company Aero Consulting, Bosnian news provided Indikator reported on Monday.
