August 11 (SeeNews) - Bosnian insurance company Euroherc Osiguranje [SAJ:EHOSR] said on Wednesday its net profit increased 7.5% on the year in the first half of 2021, reaching 5.3 million marka ($3.2 million/2.7 million euro).
The company's gross written premiums rose to 31.2 million marka in the review period, from 30.6 million in the same period a year earlier, Euroherc Osiguranje said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange.
Operating costs fell to 11 million marka in the first half of 2021 from 11.5 million marka in the first six months of 2020.
The company's total assets increased to 105.3 million marka at the end of June, compared to 101.2 million marka at the end of 2020.
