BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), July 16 (SeeNews) – Bosnian insurance company Dunav Osiguranje said on Thursday its shareholders decided to cut the company's capital by 6.2 million marka ($3.4 million/3.1 million euro) to 13.2 million marka through the cancellation of shares and a new share issue, with the aim to cover losses and establish legal reserves.
