Bosnian drug maker Bosnalijek to pay dividend for 2023

July 4 (SeeNews) - Bosnian pharmaceuticals producer Bosnalijek [SAJ:BSNLR] said on Thursday it will distribute a dividend of 1.1 marka ($0.61/0.56 euro) per share for 2023, after skipping dividend distribution a year earlier.

Bosnalijek will use 9.9 million marka of its 2023 net profit to pay the dividend for that year, it said in a bourse filing.

The company's shareholders approved the plan at a meeting on July 2.

Bosnalijek last distributed a dividend for 2021, when it paid out a sum of 1 marka per share.

The company's shares last traded on the Sarajevo bourse on June 28, closing 2.10% higher at 25.53 marka.
