Bosnia Q2 C/A Gap Shrinks 47% Y/Y to 270 Mln Euro

October 14 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's current account gap shrank to a preliminary 527.2 million marka ($401million/270 million euro) in the second quarter of this year from a revised 999.9 million marka a year earlier, central bank statistics indicated.

Bosnia's current account deficit rose by 62% in the second quarter from the previous one, revised figures posted on the central bank's website showed.

The Bosnian marka is pegged to the euro under a currency board system at a fixed exchange rate of 1.95583 marka per euro.
