SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), February 19 (SeeNews) – Bosnia and the European Commission will sign a framework agreement on Wednesday setting the rules for the Balkan country to use 440 million euro ($648 million) of EU pre-accession assistance, the Commission’s delegation to Bosnia said on Tuesday.
