SKOPJE (Macedonia), February 23 (SeeNews) – Renting out luxury property seems to be a lucrative business in Macedonia's capital which offers the fifth largest rental yields in the world, an international property market research indicates. The Global Property Guide (www.globalpropertyguide.com), which helps investors to buy property around the world, estimates annual rental yields in Skopje at 10.11%. In front of the city are Moldova's capital Chisinau with an average gross rental return of 14.17%, Cairo, Egypt (12%), Jakarta, Indonesia (11.27%), and Manila, the Philippines (10,99%).
