April 17 (SeeNews) - Moldova, split between its Soviet past and aspirations for closer ties with the European Union, is unlikely to rerun its disputed parliamentary elections because the Constitutional Court, dominated by the ruling Communists, most probably will confirm the validity of the April 5 vote, analysts say.
