May 27 (SeeNews) - Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske (ERS), the power utility of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Serb Republic, said it will take a 5.5 million marka ($3.3 million/2.8 million euro) overdraft loan from local MF Banka.
