August 25 (SeeNews) - U.S.-headquartered software engineering firm DataArt will open an additional research and development centre in Bulgaria by the end of the year as part of a major international expansion.
The new R&D centre will be located in the city of Plovdiv, central Bulgaria, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
"This expansion is a direct response to rapidly growing demand for IT services. The firm is reimagining how employees work, expanding its engineering base in new locations, and fueling cultural diversity," the company said.
The expansion drive also includes new offices in Kazakhstan and Georgia, as well as additional development centers in Russia and Poland.
DataArt employs over 5000 professionals across 25 locations in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. In Bulgaria, it operates from a location in Sofia.
