April 17 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's state-controlled hotel operator Ulcinjska Rivijera [MNG:ULRI] reported on Wednesday a net profit of 248,696 euro ($264,600) for 2023, down from a profit of 291,685 euro booked in 2022.
The company's revenue grew to 1.7 million euro last year from 1.4 million euro in 2022, while operating costs increased to 758,301 euro from 664,582 euro, Ulcinjska Rivijera said in a filing with the Montenegro Stock Exchange.
Ulcinjska Rivijera’s largest shareholder is Montenegro's state-owned pension fund with 25.3%, followed by the government of Montenegro with 22%, the country's Compensation Fund with 12%, and the government's Employment Agency with 8.4%.
