February 21 (SeeNews) - Representatives of Albanian and Turkish institutions signed several agreements during a visit of an Albanian state delegation led by prime minister Edi Rama in the Turkish capital Ankara on Tuesday, Rama said.
The ministries of defence of the two countries signed a framework agreement on military collaboration, Rama said in a press release.
Two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed for sustainable management of forests and protected areas, as well as collaboration in environmental matters.
General directors of Albania’s state-owned broadcaster Radio Televizioni Shqiptar (RTSH) and Turkey’s state-owned Turkish Radio and Television (TRT) signed a collaboration protocol.
An agreement between the two governments was signed to define the status and for the coordination of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) in Albania.
