December 30 (SeeNews) - Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] said on Monday that local Starcom Holding [BUL:S28H] has acquired 55,097 shares in the group on December 23.
Starcom Holding has bought the shares for 1.55 levs ($0.89/0.79 euro) apiece, Eurohold Bulgaria said in a bourse filing.

The number of shares represents a 0.027% stake in Eurohold Bulgaria.
At the end of September, Starcom Holding owned 52.88% of the capital of Eurohold Bulgaria, according to the insurance group's most recent financial report.
As at 15:50 CET on Monday Eurohold Bulgaria's shares traded 0.64% lower at 1.55 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Eurohold Bulgaria's portfolio includes companies active in financial services, leasing, insurance and car sales.
