August 2 (SeeNews) - Slovenian bakery Mlinotest [LJE: MAJG] said on Tuesday it has received a buyout bid from Mlino, a company owned by its managers, in cooperation with shareholders Ajdovscina municipality and Vipa Holding in liquidation.
Mlino owns 23.07% of Mlinotest, Ajdovscina municipality has a 6.2% stake, and Vipa Holding holds 48.01%, so the bidder is seeking to buy the remaining 22.72% stake, offering a price of 1.10 euro ($1.23) per share, Mlinotest said in a bourse filing.

Mlinotest shares last traded on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on July 7 at a price of 4.50 euro per share.
Mlinotest recorded a net profit of 956,000 euro last year, up 13% from 2014, on sales of 57.4 million euro, up 2.1%.
