October 21 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Slovenia jumped 33.3% on the year to 9,001 in the first nine months of 2016, provisional data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, indicated on Friday.
In September alone, new commercial vehicle registrations in Slovenia climbed 26.1% on the year to 996, ACEA said in a statement.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 t in Slovenia increased 34.4% on the year to 7,100 units through September, while registrations of new heavy commercial vehicles rose 32.1% to 1,626.
Registrations of new commercial vehicles in the EU rose by 13.1% on the year to 1,717,237 units in the nine months under review.
