April 15 (SeeNews) - Slovenia recorded the EU's second-highest annual growth in industrial output in February, at 2.8%, Eurostat said on Monday.
Slovenia also marked the EU's third-biggest monthly increase in industrial production in the review month, at 3.3%, the bloc's statistical office said in a monthly report.
In comparison, Croatia posted the bloc's steepest monthly decline in industrial output in February, at 4.6%.
Bulgaria, on the other hand, saw the largest annual fall in industrial output among EU member states in Southeast Europe (SEE) and third-largest in the EU, at 8.4%.
In the EU overall, industrial output went down by 5.4% on the year and rose by a monthly 0.7% in February.
