March 14 (SeeNews) - Romanian IT integrator and digital transformation services provider Aliant and Japan-based global printing equipment company Ricoh said on Thursday they signed a strategic partnership agreement to offer durable printing solutions in Romania.
Through this partnership, Aliant will become an authorized distributor of Ricoh printing equipment, consumables, and spare parts in Romania, the companies said in a joint statement.
Aliant will also be authorized to install the equipment and offer warranty and post-warranty services on behalf of Ricoh.
“Our partnership with Ricoh represents a key step towards our vision to deliver excellence and flexibility in the most relevant way possible for our clients’ needs and objectives," said Bogdan Ciubotaru, Managing Partner Aliant.
Aliant was founded in 1992 as a provider of document production solutions and has evolved into an integrator of IT technologies. In 2022, Aliant booked a net profit of 2.14 million lei ($470,420/430,004 euro) on a net turnover of 59.6 million lei, according to data from Romania's ministry of finance.
Headquartered in Tokyo, Ricoh is a provider of integrated digital services and print and imaging solutions with a history of over 85 years, operating in around 200 countries and regions.
