December 8 (SeeNews) - Croatian port operator Luka Rijeka [ZSE:LKRI-R-A] led the gainers among the blue chips on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Thursday, bourse data showed.
Luka Rijeka's shares closed 3.31% higher at 46.55 kuna ($6.5/6.2 euro), as 167 changed hands.
Soft drinks producer and water bottler Jamnica [ZSE:JMNC-R-A] generated the highest trading turnover of 2.8 million kuna on Thursday, as 20 of the company shares were traded. Its shares closed up 1.45% at 139,783.40 kuna.
Telco Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE-R-A] led the blue-chip decliners, as its share price fell by 2.84% to 2.80 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover increased to 8.4 million kuna on Thursday from 7.6 million kuna on Wednesday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE edged up 0.01% to 1,988.67 points, after rising 0.67% on Wednesday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, lost 0.06% to 1,159.09 points after gaining 0.86% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index edged down 0.02% to 109.1654 points.
