March 25 (SeeNews) - Polish renewable energy projects developer R.Power said on Monday it has secured a pipeline of over 200 MWp of solar photovoltaic projects with grid connections in Romania, with an additional 1 GWp in further development portfolio.
The pipeline comprises multiple solar projects, strategically scheduled for construction, some in 2024 and some in the first half of 2025, R.Power said in a press release.

By the end of 2025, the entire pipeline is expected to be operational, delivering clean electricity to the grid. The company has obtained building permits for its initial cluster of projects in Romania, which mark its entry into the country's solar energy market.
In addition to expanding its renewable energy portfolio, R.Power is actively engaged in negotiations with potential buyers for power purchase agreements (PPAs) in Romania.
R.Power is one the largest companies in the photovoltaic sector in Poland. It has projects in Romania, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Germany. The company currently has under development a portfolio of over 21 GWp of photovoltaic, wind and battery energy storage assets.
