April 5 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said on Friday it gave the green light to local lender TTK Banka [MSE:TTK] to increase its capital by 67.6 million denars ($1.2 million/1.1 million euro) through a new share issue.
TTK Banka will issue 67,587 ordinary shares at a price of 1,000 each, equal to their nominal value, the SEC said in a statement.
The newly issued stock will be distributed to shareholders in a form of dividend in shares, the statement read.
TTK Banka's current capital is divided into 965,586 shares of 1,000 denars in par value each.
The lender's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on April 2, at an average price of 1,447 denars.
