September 25 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's textile products manufacturer Teteks [MSE:TETE] repurchased 3,000 of its own shares, equal to a 0.7% stake, the Skopje bourse said on Monday.
Teteks bought back the shares at a price of 3,080 denars ($53.3/50.1 euro) in one block transaction which took place on September 22, the Skopje bourse said in a notice.
Teteks' share capital of 1.28 billion denars is divided into 414,171 shares, each with a par value of 3,095 denars.
The company's shares last traded in regular trading on September 19, when they switched hands at an average price of 3,100 denars, bourse data shows.
