April 1 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's mining company Rudnici Banjani [MSE:BANA] said on Monday its shareholders have greenlighted a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 40 denars ($0.7/0.65 euro) per share in 2024, unchanged compared with the previous year.
Rudnici Banjani will distribute the dividend from its 2023 net profit, it said in a bourse filing.
Rudnici Banjani generated a net profit of 4.5 million denars in 2023, down from 8.9 million denars booked a year earlier.
