September 20 (SeeNews) - Moldova's M3, the broadest gauge of the country's money supply, grew by an annual 5.6% to 69.2 billion lei ($3.5 billion/3.1 billion euro) at the end of August, the country's central bank, BNM, said on Tuesday.
Moldova's M2 money supply totalled 44.8 billion lei at the end of last month, up 11.7% on the year, BNM said in a statement.
Net domestic assets fell by an annual 12.3% to 11.75 billion lei, while foreign assets rose by an annual 6.9% to 57.45 billion lei.
