August 11 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Tesla Stedna Banka has completed the process of raising its issued capital to 32.74 million kuna ($6.2 million/4.4 million euro) from 10.91 million kuna, the country's central depository said on Thursday.
The bank's capital has been increased by issuing 80,824 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 270 kuna each, the Central Depository and Clearing Company, SKDD, said in a statement on its website.
Tesla Stedna Banka's issued capital is now divided into 121,246 ordinary shares.
The decision for the capital increase was taken by the bank's general meeting on July 4.
The bank was set up earlier this year after Serbia's Development Fund of Vojvodina acquired a majority stake in Zagreb-based troubled savings bank A Stedna Banka and renamed it to Tesla Stedna Banka.
Vojvodina is an autonomous province in Serbia.
The government of Vojvodina owned 76.86% of Tesla Stedna Banka by August 10, SKDD data indicated.
