May 2 (SeeNews) - Finland's technology company Modirum said it has acquired a majority stake in North Macedonia's software company ITgma for an undisclosed amount.
With the acquisition, Modirum is looking to expand to new markets, especially in telecom and finance, primarily targeting the DACH region, Nordics, Balkans, and the Middle East, the Helsinki-based company said in a press release earlier this week.

Founded in year 2009, ITgma employs more than 120 software and IT experts who are based in its delivery centers in Skopje, Belgrade and Dubai.
