February 6 (SeeNews) - Croatia's diversified holding company Djuro Djakovic [ZSE:DDJH-R-A] led the gainers among the blue chips on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Monday, bourse data showed.
Djuro's shares closed 6.54% higher at 49.87 kuna ($7.2/6.7 euro), as 44,582 shares changed hands.
Hotel operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP-R-A] generated the highest trading turnover of 4.98 million kuna. The company's shares closed up 2.47% at 43.38 kuna.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL-R-A] led the blue-chip decliners, as its share price fell 3.63% to 322.68 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover decreased to 19.2 million kuna on Monday from 23.3 million kuna on Friday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE expanded 0.54% to 2,182.06 points, after climbing 1.04% on Friday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, increased 0.38% to 1,258.83 points after rising 1.26% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index edged up 0.16% to 109.7503 points.
