September 7 (SeeNews) - Czech group ZDR Investments said it has acquired the retail park Galerija Bakar in the northern Croatian city of Bakar for some 40 million euro ($43 million).
The retail park has a leasable area of 30,579 square metres, ZDR Investments said in a press release on Tuesday.

Galerija Bakar is the largest retail park in the region of the city of Rijeka, neighbouring Adriatic islands and the Gorski Kotar region, ZDR said.
According to the website of Galerija Bakar, the retail park opened in April 2023. Its owner was local real estate company AM PS Lambda Nekretnine, a part of MID Bau Nekretnine, the Croatian arm of Austria's MID group.
ZDR Investments real estate funds invest in high-yield commercial real estate in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Croatia. It invested in Croatia's Retail Park Pula with 37,340 sq m leasable area in 2020.
