July 22 (SeeNews) - Croatia's diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS, ZSE:ADRS2] said it held 678,873 own shares representing 4.13% of its capital after buying back 494 own stocks on Monday and Tuesday.
On Monday, Adris bought back 118 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 462.5763 kuna ($72.4/61.5 euro) apiece, as well as 273 preferred shares at a weighted average price of 408.4689 kuna apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, it bought 70 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 460 kuna per share and 33 preferred shares at a weighted average price of 405.2727 kuna per share.
Adris launched a new one-year share repurchase programme on June 18, when the company held 672,935 own shares representing around 4.10% of its share capital. The overall value of the new programme is set at 450 million kuna, with the repurchased shares to be distributed to Adris employees and management.
Adris' ordinary shares closed 1.30% lower at 454 kuna on the Zagreb bourse on Wednesday. Its preferred shares closed at 408 kuna on Wednesday, down 0.73%.
