April 25 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's defence and security company Tehnicki Remont Bratunac (TRB) will deliver two Vihor combat vehicles to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), local media reported on Thursday.
Initially, two vehicles will be delivered on April 29 and 30, with the potential for a larger order of 100-200 vehicles pending the client's satisfaction of all criteria, news portal Nezavisne reported.
According to the report, TRB has the capacity to produce about 50 Vihor vehicles per year, each priced at over 500,000 euro ($536,180).
The Vihor vehicle, first presented in September, has thus far only been used by the interior ministry of the Serb Republic.
Established in 1955, TRB provides services for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of vehicles and armaments.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
