SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), September 29 (SeeNews) – Bosnian state-owned power transmission system operator Elektroprenos BiH said on Thursday it has signed a 4.97 million marka ($2.9 million/2.5 million euro) deal with a consortium of local companies and the Serbian unit of German engineering group Siemens for the construction of a 110/20(10)/10 kV transformer within the existing substation 400/110 kV Sarajevo 10.
The consortium is led by Tuzla-based Deling Ltd and includes the Belgrade-based unit of Siemens, as well as local companies Euro-Asfalt, Malcom, CET Energy, Elko-Maric and Comel, Elektroprenos BiH said in a statement.
The deadline for the completion of works is 12 months.
Elektroprenos-Elektroprijenos BiH operates in both the Muslim-Croat Federation and the Serb Republic, the two autonomous entities making up Bosnia and Herzegovina.
