November 15 (SeeNews) - Czech industrial infrastructure builder Accolade said on Wednesday that the market value of its first project in Croatia, an industrial park north of Zagreb, is estimated at around 52 million euro ($56.4 million).
"The industrial facility of such specifications like new Accolade’s park is estimated to have a market value of approximately 52 million euro," the company said in a written statement to SeeNews.
On Tuesday, Accolade announced that has acquired a building permit for its first industrial building in the Adriatic country, in the Donja Bistra village, a project with an area of some 50,000 square metres.
Accolade owns a network of more than 54 industrial parks in the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Slovakia with a total value of 2.8 billion euro ($3.0 billion).
The Croatian project is a key element of Accolade's global expansion, and the company has announced plans for additional developments in other Southern European locations, although specific details have not been disclosed.
