April 4 (SeeNews) - US-headquartered global digital transformation consulting company Synechron has acquired Bulgarian custom software development firm Dreamix, the buyer said on Thursday.
The deal will allow Synechron to bolster its service offerings and expand its capabilities, adding an EU nearshore delivery centre to its portfolio, the company said in a press release.

The acquisition, completed on March 26, further strengthens Synechron's outsourcing services, tapping into Bulgaria's leading position on the European digital product engineering market.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. UK-based global investment bank Technology Holdings acted as financial advisor to Dreamix on the transaction.
Sofia-headquartered Dreamix, founded in 2006, is a bespoke end-to-end digital product development and software engineering company. It offers IT services across the healthcare, fintech, logistics, aviation, media and ESG sectors.
Synechron, serving financial services and technology firms, employs over 13,500 staff globally, with 48 offices across 19 countries, including Serbia. The company's solutions span artificial intelligence, consulting, digital, cloud, DevOps, data and software engineering.
